1. Where can I purchase NATbyJ watches?

NATbyJ watches are only available for purchase on the NATbyJ website at www.natbyj.com.

2. How long is the warranty for a NATbyJ watch?

Two years.

3. What are the payment methods available?

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is made through our payment service providers: PayPal and Shopify Pay.

4. Are the prices shown in my local currency?

All prices shown are in United States Dollars (USD).

5. Are NATbyJ watches waterproof?

NATbyJ watches are water-resistant up to 30meters or 3ATM.

6. What’s in the packaging when I get my NATbyJ watch?

Your order will come along with a box, an instruction manual and of course, the watch itself. The watch will come with a battery stopper or a plastic that helps to pull put the crown. Remove the battery stopper/plastic and push in the crown. 

7. How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to info@natbyj.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation of order will not be possible and only returns for refund will be accepted. For returns, please refer to Point 8 'Does NATbyJ accept returns.'

For canceled order, refunds will be made within 30 days after notice of cancellation. Please note that the refunded amount may differ from original purchase amount due to transaction fees (e.g. foreign exchange rate, administrative fees, bank charges) which are not under the control of NATbyJ or its affiliate companies. We are not able to provide a refund for any those transaction fees.

8. Does NATbyJ accept returns?

Should you be dissatisfied with your order in any way, we accept returns within 14 days upon goods receipt. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us. You will be liable for all loss or damage during shipping. We will accept the refund when returned in their original condition.

For all returns, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the listed price of the product at the time of purchase and a return shipping fee of US$25 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds will be made within 30 days after we receive your item(s) in its original condition. Please note that the refunded amount may differ from original purchase amount due to transaction fees (e.g. foreign exchange rate, administrative fees, bank charges) which are not under the control of NATbyJ or its affiliate companies. We are not able to provide a refund for any those transaction fees.

9. Does NATbyJ accept exchanges?

Alternatively, you may opt for a one time exchange for a similarly priced item or higher valued item in the NATbyJ range, subject to availability. There will be a charge of US$25 to cover our shipping fees. If you opt for a higher priced item, you will have to bear the cost of the difference in price plus US$25 for shipping. Exchanged products will need to be returned together with accompanying boxes and warranty cards before the replacement product is dispatched. We will not cover any return shipping fee for exchange. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us for exchange. You will be liable for all loss or damage during shipping.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS AND NO EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED WATCHES.

In view of COVID-19 and the situation in Europe, please note that there may be disruption in international airfreight movements. Some international shipments may be significantly delayed.

 2. How much will the delivery of my watch cost?

For orders above US$75, FREE STANDARD SHIPPING will be provided. For orders below that amount, the shipping fee will be calculated at the check out.

INTERNATIONAL If you need your order sooner, please select EXPRESS SHIPPING at checkout for US$20.

Warranty

1. How long does the warranty last?

NATbyJ watches are warranted from any manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty for a period of two years.

2. What does the warranty cover?

NATbyJ guarantees the working condition of the watch for the above stated warranty period. This includes the movement of the watch. The warranty does not cover against damage to the case, glass, leather strap and damage due to wear and tear.

3. How do I send my watch for repair?

Please contact us at info@natbyj.com with the problem, along with a picture of the problem and we will advise you on the next steps.

 

Troubleshooting

1. Do NATbyJ watches require batteries?

Yes, all NATbyJ watches require batteries to operate. We use a standard watch battery that can be commonly found in watch shops.

2. My watch does not seem to be working / My watch has stopped running. What can I do to fix this?

To start operating of the watch, remove the battery stopper and press the crown into the side of the case. If your watch still does not move, it’s likely the battery needs replacing.

If after replacing the battery and your watch is still not working, please contact us at info@natbyj.com.

3. How long is the battery life of my watch?

Batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last between 2 to 2.5 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

4. What type of battery do you use?

All our watches are fitted with a standard silver oxide button cell battery readily available at most watchmakers and/or jewellers.

5. My watch got wet in the rain. Will it be ok?

All NATbyJ watches are rated to be water-resistant up to 30m. However, this is provided that the crown is pushed in to prevent any water from entering the watch. In any case where the watch is exposed to water when the crown pushed out, the warranty will be void. Water resistance does not cover the straps.

6. I cracked the glass on my watch. What can I do?

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover the glass of the watch. Please send us an email at info@natbyj.com to receive a quote from us.
