I have owned two separate Freedom 0701s, one which was bought in Singapore for ~100 SGD. That watch was sold with faulty mechanics and would lag to the point that to wear it, I would have to reset it a dozen times a day. I took it to a local repairman in the US who told me I would be better off getting a new watch than paying someone to temporarily tune up the watch every month. I contacted customer support at NatByJ for a replacement, submitted proof, and waited for TWO MONTHS for an equally disappointing replacement.
The second Freedom 0701 I have owned for approximately a month and a half. It keeps time fine, but after only a month of casual wear, the faux leather strap is falling apart at the seams. One of the strap loops has fallen off completely and the part of the strap closest to the buckle has a long tear down the side. In addition, the casing scratches easily, the leather strap itself is neither breathable nor secure. I don't use the watch for anything athletic, just daily commuting by bike and foot.
I am deeply disappointed in this product. When I visited her in Singapore, my grandmother spent a lot of money on it as a gift to me as I entered university. I live and study in the USA, and cannot see her easily without approximately 30 hours of commute. It's a gorgeous watch at first glance. The designs are unique, the minimalist aesthetic timeless. However, it seems the entire budget of this watch's production went into aesthetic production, as this is quality I would expect for $20 off of amazon. If you're looking for a watch you can use for more than a few months, spend your money somewhere else.
I like that it is lightweight, easy to match everyday OOTD, be it to run daily errands or to wear for more formal functions.
I really love the leather and feather design. It's pretty and stylish and not heavy at all. Will recommend to my friends 😊
